1. How long will it take to process my order?

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

2. How do I decide which size to choose?

3. What forms of payment do you accept?

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal.

4. How long does shipping take?

  • Orders are shipped within 2-3 days after the purchase date. Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For more information on our shipping policy, please view our Shipping Page.

5. How can I track my International order?

  • You can not track an order once it has left the US.

6. Can I cancel my order?

  • Because we process and ship out orders as soon as possible, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been made. 

7. Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?

  • Once an order has been placed, you can not make changes to it.

8. Do you offer refunds?

  • We do not offer refunds. We only offer exchanges or store credit. Please view our Exchanges/Returns Page for more information.

9. I haven't received my item. What do I do?

  • If you haven't received your package by the time specified, please contact us and we will help you try to locate your package.
