**We Do Not Offer Refunds!**

We gladly offer exchanges or store credit on unworn items with the original tags attached. To be eligible for an exchange or store, items must show no signs of wear, be odor free, and unwashed. The item must be in the original condition upon which it was received. 

We do not issue exchanges or store credit on face masks, swimsuits, sale items, or International orders. All face masks, swimsuits, sales items, and International orders are Final Sale.

If we detect that an item has been worn, washed, or altered, we will refuse the item and have it returned to you.

Our policy lasts 14 days. You have 14 days from the delivery date (day you received your item) of your item to have it returned to us. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To complete your return, email us at with the subject "Return". In the email, please include your reason for requesting a return and a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your return request return, a return address will be provided to you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If your return is approved, we will gladly exchange your item, if it is still available. If the item is no longer available, you will receive a store credit code, which lasts for 90 days, for the amount of the returned item, not including shipping.

Please allow 10-14 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed (inspected and approved/disapproved).

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item and reshipping your new item. All shipping costs are non-refundable and are the complete responsiblity of the buyer.

We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, therefore, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
